A bit more about the workshops...
Who are they for?
These workshops are for adults who want to slow down, put their phone down and enjoy some creative play. You do not need to be artistic and you do not need any experience. Some people come curious, others come nervous. Both are welcome.
This is not about learning designs or getting things right. It is about enjoying colour, texture and process in a relaxed, supportive environment.
What to expect
Each session is gently guided and unstructured. I share simple face painting basics such as brushwork, sponging and how professional paints behave, then invite you to explore in your own way.
You can paint on yourself, work with a willing partner, or use paper and professional practice boards made specifically for face painters. Painting on skin is always optional.
All materials are provided and you are encouraged to take part at your own pace.
Why creative play matters
Creative play is not a luxury. Research shows that engaging with the arts can help calm the nervous system, lower stress levels, improve mood and support mental wellbeing.
These sessions offer a chance to step away from screens, reconnect with curiosity and enjoy being present with others. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.
